I set myself a brief for a property-management agency in Lausanne that needs one desktop workspace for a manager handling repair requests. The workspace has to show what needs attention, what’s missing and who acts next. I designed and built Palier as a working desktop app, using synthetic data.

  • Marc opens Camille’s kitchen leak, asks for a closer photo of the connections and returns to the dashboard. People, buildings and photos are synthetic.
  • The dashboard separates five requests for Marc, three awaiting tenants and one scheduled appointment. Upcoming appointments and recent exchanges sit on the right.
  • Camille’s words and photo lead the request. Marc can ask about the leak’s origin or the damage, or ask for a closer photo, before instructing a company.
  • Once Marc sends it, the request waits on Camille, and the page shows that a close-up photo of the connections is pending.
